Jason Momoa, Aquaman himself, has spoken up about his fellow Justice League co-stars and director Zack Snyder.
In an interview with HuffPost, Momoa discussed his feelings about the rumors that Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck may both be out as Superman and Batman, respectively.
“If they’re both out, then listen: It’s just the place they’re at in their careers. I mean, how many has Henry done? He’s done three?” Momoa said. “Yeah, I mean, like, you want to move on. I think if I did… shit, I have done three.”

He continued by saying that he had the time of his life on Justice League, and had nothing else but good things to say about those he worked with.
When speaking on Zack Snyder, Momoa says that he’s “a soul mate with him. He’s family.”
“I looked at him, and I said, ‘You see these things? These would’ve never, ever, ever have happened if it wasn’t for you.” So Zack has a huge part of my heart.” Gushed Momoa.

On Henry Cavil, Jason said that he “Henry is the gentlemen who taught me when I came on not knowing anything. I’m like the ruffian hooligan, and he’s just like, ‘There’s kids watching,’ and I’m like, ‘Oh, yeah. My bad.’ He is totally 100 percent the Superman for me.”
On Ben Affleck, Momoa praised his work as a director.
“Ben is just a phenomenal director. I just love picking his brain because he’s what I want to be as a director,” He said. “I love filmmaking and that process, and I enjoyed Ben’s company, because when I see him in pain, putting that cowl on, he’s in pain. That makes me happy, and a joy to get through. We all have to put these suits on and get through grueling times. When he’s in pain, and I can see it happening, it just tickles my heart.”

He didn’t leave out the other Justice League members, and said the Gal Gadot, who plays Wonder Woman, is “one of the most spectacular human beings I ever met in my life. Amazing mother and wife and just, leader.”
Momoa said he knew Ezra Miller/Flash “since he was 14,” and that Ray Fisher/Cyborg is just like him and that they are “both very loving and out there.”
Aquaman will be released in theaters on December 21, 2018, and while it won’t feature any Justice League member cameos, it is still tracking for a $65 million opening weekend.
