Last month, a mentally unsound man in West Bengal was arrested for allegedly masturbating in a bus while staring at two girls, The girls recorded a video and posted it on social media.
Now, in another incident in the state, a video of which has gone viral on social media, a middle-aged man can be seen trying to touch a minor girl inappropriately from behind.
