It was previously reported that the planned Intercontinental Title Match between Braun Strowman and WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz may have been changed for next month’s WrestleMania 34 PPV Event. Based on last Monday night’s RAW, it looks like The Miz may be defending his Intercontinental Title against Seth Rollins and Finn Balor in a Triple Threat match at WrestleMania.
After his victory against The Miz, Balor cuts a promo on Rollins saying that Rollins will have to go through him if he wants to challenge for the Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania 34.
Intercontinental Champion The Miz then cuts his own promo by ranting about wrestling two matches on RAW and wonders why he is being punished. He also notes that he should already have a WrestleMania 34 Match. The Miz then says that he has been here for 12 years and he has done everything WWE has asked, and then some, but he still doesn’t get the respect he deserves.
When asked about Seth Rollins saying that he deserves a shot at Miz’s title at WrestleMania, The Miz says that he deserves to be in the main event but Kurt Angle isn’t allowing that. The Miz goes on and says that it doesn’t matter what Angle thinks because The Intercontinental Title will be the main event and the talk of WrestleMania. Below are the videos of both promos:
