As a COVID-19 precaution, Scorpio Sky has been pulled from tonight’s episode of Dynamite.
AEW announced this afternoon that Sky is off tonight’s Dynamite after being exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days. AEW noted that an initial test was negative, but they’ve decided to postpone Sky’s match against Shawn Spears that was scheduled for tonight: “Through contact tracing, AEW learned @ScorpioSky was exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days. An initial test was negative, but AEW has decided to postpone tonight’s scheduled match.”
With Sky vs. Spears off the show, AEW has announced that The Young Bucks vs. Private Party is now set for tonight’s Dynamite. Back on the second-ever episode of Dynamite in October 2019, Private Party defeated The Young Bucks in the first round of AEW’s Tag Team title tournament.
The Young Bucks are challenging for FTR’s AEW Tag Team titles at this Saturday’s Full Gear pay-per-view.
