Hangman Page teaming with Silver & Reynolds on next AEW Dynamite

This story was updated at 10:30 PM Eastern.

Next Wednesday’s live edition of AEW Dynamite will feature the latest advancement in the growing friendship between Hangman Page and the Dark Order.

Based on what happened in last week’s Dynamite Diamond battle royal, Page wanted to face Matt Hardy and Private Party but needed two partners. As Alex Marvez was asking him about who his partners were, John Silver and Alex Reynolds appeared from behind the bar with toy cowboy hats on. They pleaded with Page to be his partners and he agreed, saying that didn’t mean he was joining the Dark Order, continuing an angle that has been playing out on Being The Elite.

After the show wrapped, Tony Khan tweeted that he signed a 14-man tag match featuring the Inner Circle (Chris Jericho/MJF/Sammy Guevara/Santana/Ortiz/Wardlow/Jake Hager) vs. Top Flight/Brandon Cutler/Varsity Blondes/Best Friends based on a brawl that broke out at the end of the show.

Three other matches were also announced for next week:

Cody Rhodes (w/ Arn Anderson) vs. Angelico (w/ Jack Evans): This marks Rhodes’ first singles match since losing the TNT title to Darby Allin at November’s Full Gear while this will be Angelico’s first singles match since a Dark win in late-September.
SCU vs. The Acclaimed: This will the first in-ring Dynamite appearance for Max Caster and Anthony Bowens who disrespected the veterans on last week’s Dynamite. Caster and Bowens tried to sneak attack the Young Bucks after their win Wednesday, but SCU ran out to thwart them.
NWA Women’s Champion Serena Deeb and Big Swole vs. Ivelisse and Diamante
