The popularity of Rusev Day has grown and grown and it has now reached a new height as the Mayor of Knox County has officially declared Rusev Day official.
Rusev was presented with the declaration by current Republican Mayoral nominee, Glenn Jacobs, a.k.a Kane. The paper was signed by the current Knox County Mayor, Tim Burchett which has made the day official.
