According to PWInsider.com, Impact Wrestling has plans to return to PPV in 2018, after nixing most PPV events with the exception of the annual Bound for Glory and Slammiversary events.
The report notes the plan is to have Impact Wrestling’s Lockdown PPV begin 2018, and as of this writing April or May are the targeted months for the event, which feature all matches contested inside a Steel Cage.

Since 2015, Impact Wrestling has been holding the Lockdown event as a special themed edition of of the weekly Impact TV show, but it appears as if the show’s return to PPV will come next year.
