Production on Bachelor in Paradise Has Been Suspended Over “Allegations of Misconduct”

Trouble in paradise! Filming for the fourth season of Bachelor in Paradise has reportedly been halted amid “allegations of misconduct.”

“We have become aware of allegations of misconduct on the set of Bachelor in Paradise in Mexico,” Warner Bros said in a statement Sunday, according to People. “We have suspended production and we are conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations. Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate responsive action.”

The newest season of the show, which brings together former contestants from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette in a tropical location in the hopes that one or more of them will find true love, was set to premiere on August 8.

The studio remains tight-lipped on the nature of the allegations, but a source close to the Bachelor in Paradise cast told Entertainment Tonight that it involves a hot and steamy moment between DeMario Jackson (a contestant on the current season of The Bachelorette) and Corinne Olympios (from the most recent season of The Bachelor) in a swimming pool.

“As of right now, production of Paradise is suspended indefinitely,” the source continued. “And they are sending everyone home and telling everyone else to stay home. DeMario and Corinne got sent home soon after.”
