A tag team battle royal will take place in two weeks on Dynamite.
It was announced on tonight’s episode of Dynamite that a battle royal would be taking place in two weeks in Atlanta. No entrants were announced. The winners of the battle royal will receive an AEW Tag Team title match at Revolution on February 29.
Who the champions will be is not currently known. Hangman Page and Kenny Omega will defend the titles next week in Austin, Texas when they face former champions Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky of SCU. The winners of this match will likely be the champions going into Revolution.
Page and Omega won the titles back on the January 21 edition of Dynamite. Page has a tenuous relationship with both Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks, choosing to leave the group on a recent episode of Being the Elite.
The February 19 edition of Dynamite will take place at the State Farm Arena.
