Taking cognisance of the recent verdict by India’s Supreme Court decriminalising section-377 which prohibited gay sex in India, a Kenyan court on Saturday allowed parties which seek decriminalising of the gay sex in Kenya to make submissions based on the recent verdict of India’s apex court.
The SC on September 6 had decriminalised gay sex in India by striking down the validity of section-377 of Indian Penal Code.
