MLW is coming back with one show on Oct. 5 in Orlando, Fla. The main event has been announced and it will feature Shane Strickland taking on Ricochet. Court Bauer, who is promoting the event, has began releasing a series of short documentary-style films called MLW 360 with Strickland and Ricochet to hype the match. A new video with Strickland and Ricochet will be released every Wednesday leading up to the Oct. 5 event.

You can watch the first episode of MLW 360 below

MLW has announced that  Rich Bocchini and Tony Schiavone will call the action. The only other match announced for the show is MVP vs. Sami Callihan. Jeff Cobb has also been added as a talent on the card as well. More matches and talent for the show will be announced in the coming weeks. MLW has announced that the show will be available on their OTT service MLW.tv within 72 hours after the completion of the event.

Radican’s Analysis: I’m looking forward to this event. I think Bauer is smart and has a lot of good ideas when it comes to wrestling and this show will allow him to flex his muscles. I watched the first MLW 360 epsiode with Strickland and Ricochet and really enjoyed it. Bauer did a good job of allowing the viewer to understand the friendship between Ricochet and Strickland, but he also got them to hint at their competitive nature when it comes to playing videogames against each other. I’m sure things will escalate as new episodes drop in the coming weeks.
