The National Wrestling Alliance has officially confirmed that Allysin Kay will defend her NWA Women’s World Championship against Thunder Rosa this Friday night at NWA Hard Times, live on FITE.
Kay has actually been chasing a singles match with Melina over the past month or so, but the former WWE star has been ducking her at every turn. She has thrown replacements in front of her several times, and the latest is the white hot Thunder Rosa, who has been picking up steam consistently since first arriving in the promotion back in October.
Rosa has actually never lost a match in an NWA ring, so this should be a very interesting collision for the coveted women’s title. Her and Marti Belle have scored three tag team wins together, in addition to singles wins over Ashley Vox, Tasha Steelz, and Knockouts legend ODB.
